Launched in October 2012, the Centre for Studies of Arab and Muslim Issues (CSAMI) is a policy and research unit within the International Forum for Islamic Dialogue. Conducting independent research, the centre endeavours to provide a holistic and enriching angle on topics that encompass and affect the Arab and Muslim communities in the UK and Europe.

It has been a week since I moved out to live in University accommodation, and what an exhausting week this has been. Inevitably, the student experience for Muslims is different than that of non-Muslims due to the religious, social, and cultural barriers between us.
